These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of Schedito, including the public website, workspace accounts, booking-management features and paid subscriptions.
By creating a Schedito account, using a workspace, or purchasing a paid subscription, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Schedito is a service and brand operated by Jivalabs d.o.o.
2. What Schedito provides
Schedito is an online scheduling and booking service. Depending on the selected plan and configuration, it can provide booking calendars, services, resources, availability rules, booking management, public booking interfaces, branding, notification configuration and supported external-calendar integrations.
Features, limits and availability may differ between Free, Basic and Pro plans. The current plan description is published on the Pricing page.
3. Accounts and workspaces
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless it results from a security failure attributable to us.
A Schedito workspace is intended for a business, professional, organization or other legitimate operator of booking activities. You are responsible for ensuring that people you invite to your workspace are authorized to access its data and features.
4. Your customers and booking data
If you use Schedito to receive or manage bookings, you are responsible for the services you offer, the accuracy of your availability, your relationship with your customers, and the lawfulness of the personal data you ask them to provide.
You must not use Schedito to collect unnecessary sensitive information, to offer unlawful services, or to mislead customers about availability, pricing or the nature of a booking.
5. Free and paid plans
The Free plan does not require a paid subscription. Basic and Pro are paid subscription plans with the features and limits described on the Pricing page.
Paid subscriptions may be offered monthly or yearly. Unless cancelled, a paid subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period according to the terms shown at checkout.
We may change plan features or pricing in the future. Material changes affecting an existing paid subscription will be communicated as required by applicable law and the payment-provider rules that apply to the transaction.
6. Paddle payments and Merchant of Record
Paid Schedito orders are processed through Paddle.com. Paddle acts as Merchant of Record for those transactions, processes payment and applicable transaction taxes, and provides buyer-facing transaction support and return handling.
The final amount, billing interval, currency and applicable taxes are shown before you confirm a purchase. Schedito does not receive or store your full payment-card details.
Paddle's buyer terms and privacy information also apply to the payment transaction.
7. Cancellation and renewal
You may cancel future renewal of a paid subscription through the available billing-management flow or by contacting support. Unless a refund or mandatory law requires otherwise, cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the already-paid billing period.
Cancellation of renewal and a refund are separate actions. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Refunds
We provide a voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee for the initial paid subscription purchase for a workspace, subject to the conditions in the Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer rights and any additional rights applied by Paddle are not limited by this guarantee.
9. External services and integrations
Some Schedito features can connect to third-party services, such as supported external calendar providers. Those services have their own terms, availability, security controls and privacy practices.
You are responsible for having the authority to connect an external account and for complying with the third party's rules. We are not responsible for outages, API changes or restrictions imposed by a third-party provider, although we will make reasonable efforts to maintain supported integrations.
10. Acceptable use
You may not use Schedito to:
break applicable law or facilitate fraud, abuse or deceptive practices;
gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems or data;
upload or distribute malware or deliberately interfere with service operation;
bypass technical limits, access controls or security measures;
send unlawful or unsolicited communications through configured notification features; or
use the service in a manner that materially harms other customers, end users or infrastructure.
11. Intellectual property
Schedito, its software, design, documentation, trademarks and service materials are owned by Jivalabs d.o.o. or used under license. Your subscription gives you a limited right to use the service during the applicable account or subscription period; it does not transfer ownership of the software.
You retain rights in the business content and data you lawfully provide to Schedito. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit and display that content solely to operate and support the service.
12. Service availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service, but no internet service can guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, security events, third-party outages, infrastructure failures or necessary updates may temporarily affect access.
We may modify the service to improve security, performance, compliance or functionality. We will avoid materially removing paid functionality without appropriate notice where reasonably possible.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, address non-payment, investigate abuse or respond to a material breach of these Terms.
You may stop using Schedito at any time. Ending an account does not automatically create a right to a refund beyond the Refund Policy or mandatory law.
14. Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Schedito is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that every third-party integration, customer device or network will always operate without interruption.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to mandatory law, Jivalabs d.o.o. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of Schedito, or for losses caused by inaccurate customer configuration, third-party services, or unlawful use of the platform.
15. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Workspace operators also have their own responsibilities when they use Schedito to process their customers' booking data.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the service, law or commercial model changes. The current version and update date will be published here. Where required, we will provide additional notice before a material change takes effect.
17. Governing law and consumer rights
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia, without limiting any mandatory rights available to consumers under the law that applies to them.
Courts with jurisdiction in Slovenia have jurisdiction over disputes except where mandatory consumer law gives a customer the right to bring or defend proceedings elsewhere.
