Add online booking to Webflow with a Schedito booking widget

Add a real booking system to the Webflow site you already designed. Keep the visual experience in Webflow while Schedito manages services, resources, availability and bookings behind the scenes.

Schedito integrates through standard frontend code, so your booking configuration remains independent from the Webflow project itself and can continue working even if your website evolves later.

Booking for Webflow that respects your site architecture

Keep designing in Webflow

Your marketing pages, layout and visual identity stay in Webflow. Schedito adds booking functionality without requiring you to rebuild the site around another platform.

Keep booking logic separate

Services, people, resources, availability and bookings live in Schedito rather than being hardwired into the Webflow project.

Place booking where it belongs

Add the widget to a dedicated booking page, a service page, a CMS-driven layout or another point in the customer journey where booking makes sense.

How Schedito works with Webflow

Webflow controls the presentation. Schedito controls the booking logic.

1. Configure Schedito

Create your booking calendar, services, resources, recurring availability and any date-specific exceptions in Schedito.

2. Add it to Webflow

Load the shared Schedito stylesheet and JavaScript through Webflow custom code, then place the calendar-specific widget element where booking should appear.

3. Receive bookings

Visitors choose from actual availability while Schedito applies your scheduling rules and centrally manages the resulting bookings.

A clean fit for Webflow custom code

Webflow lets custom frontend code be added at site level, page level and directly within the design. That fits Schedito's integration model particularly well.

The Schedito stylesheet can be loaded once, the JavaScript can be loaded once, and the calendar-specific widget container can be placed in the Webflow layout where the booking interface belongs.

If several pages or calendars use Schedito, the shared frontend assets do not need to be repeated for every individual widget.

Webflow booking widget FAQ

Yes. Webflow provides Code Embed elements that can place custom HTML directly in the design. The calendar-specific Schedito widget container can be placed there while its shared CSS and JavaScript are loaded separately through Webflow custom code.

No. Webflow supports site-level and page-level custom code, so the shared Schedito stylesheet and JavaScript can normally be loaded once at the appropriate scope.

Each booking location then needs only its calendar-specific widget container.

The recommended structure is straightforward: put the Schedito CSS link in Head custom code, the JavaScript in Footer custom code, and the calendar-specific DIV in a Webflow Code Embed element.

The installation guide will cover the exact steps and the difference between site-wide and page-specific code.

No. Webflow remains the website layer. Schedito manages the booking calendars, services, resources, availability and booking data.

Webflow supports Code Embed elements in layouts and CMS-driven content, including dynamic values in embeds. This creates useful possibilities for reusable booking layouts.

The exact Schedito setup depends on whether the same calendar or different calendars should appear across those pages.

Your Schedito configuration remains independent from Webflow. Integrate the widget into the replacement website and continue using the existing services, resources, availability and booking configuration.

Keep designing in Webflow. Let Schedito handle booking.

Add online booking without turning your Webflow project into the booking system itself.
